With over 30 years of transformational leadership in defense, cyber, IT, and communications, McGuire brings a proven record of operational excellence and strategic growth to Chugach’s mission-driven team.
For more than three decades, Chugach Government Solutions has been a steadfast supporter of the Job Corps Mission, empowering young people through education, training, and workforce development. Under McGuire’s guidance, the company will continue to champion this legacy while expanding its expertise to deliver innovative training, education, and simulation solutions for defense customers.
McGuire has led billion-dollar portfolios and global mission programs, consistently elevated performance and built high-impact teams across the Army and national security ecosystem. As Vice President & Army Division Manager at ManTech International Corporation, McGuire directed a nearly $2B portfolio, managed a workforce of over 1,000 personnel, and delivered enterprise-wide modernization and tactical communications advancements supporting global Army missions. Recognized with the Tech Elite Lifetime Award and AFCEA Women in STEM honors, McGuire is also a respected mentor and developer of future leaders.
