Chugach Naswik Suites is a multi-purpose, short-term housing facility centrally located in downtown Valdez, Alaska. Developed through a partnership between The Tatitlek Corporation, Chenega Corporation, and Chugach Alaska Corporation (known as TCC), Chugach Naswik responds directly to workforce housing shortages in the region.
Located directly adjacent to Whittier, the Prince William Sound (PWS) Granite Quarry offers rare, seamless access to deepwater marine transport with immediate connection to the Alaska Railroad and the highway system, creating an Alaska-based supply chain that can serve projects across Southcentral Alaska and beyond.
