Opening the Door to the Next Generation &
Missed Enrollees

Thanks to your vote, Chugach is proud to announce the opening of shareholder rolls to first-generation lineal descendants and missed enrollees in early 2026, marking a historic milestone for our people and our corporation. This decision, passed by shareholder vote at the 52nd Annual Meeting in October 2025, honors our heritage and extends opportunity to the next generation and those who missed the original enrollment period following the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) in 1971.

The online application will be available on the Portal beginning in March. Paper applications will be available upon request.
