Shareholder Business Assistance Program 

The Shareholder Business Assistance Program (SBAP) supports Chugach shareholders and descendants with funding to help start, grow, or strengthen their businesses. Eligible applicants may receive grants of up to $10,000 to support business development, expansion, equipment, or other qualifying needs.
