Chugach’s Nicholas Ostrovsky Named Among Alaska Business Legal Elite

Congratulations to Nicholas “Nick” Ostrovsky, Chugach Senior Vice President and General Counsel, on being recognized among Alaska Business’ Legal Elite in the Corporate Counsel category.

The annual Legal Elite recognition celebrates some of Alaska’s most respected legal professionals and is especially meaningful because honorees are nominated by their peers. Licensed Alaska attorneys are invited to recognize fellow professionals they believe excel in providing legal services, making Nick’s selection one based on the respect he has earned within Alaska’s legal community.

Since joining Chugach in 2025, Nick has quickly become a trusted advisor and leader across the corporation, known for his sharp legal mind and steady, collaborative approach. His work supports a wide range of Chugach priorities, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, government contracting and advocacy efforts.

In July, Nick was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, expanding his leadership role as Chugach continues to grow and diversify. He oversees legal affairs for Chugach and its family of subsidiaries while also providing leadership for Human Resources and related functions.
