Kelly Bartlett

Program Manager
Chugach Government Solutions

As an IDIQ/MAC Program Manager, Kelly Bartlett keeps fast-moving proposal efforts on track. Her days are spent coordinating technical, management, pricing, and subcontractor teams to deliver compliant, competitive task order responses under tight timelines. Kelly plays a key role in industry outreach, engaging directly with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable proposal strategies. Known for her structured approach, clear communication, and ability to lead under pressure, she helps ensure Chugach delivers high-quality, on-time proposals that support agency missions and long-term customer success.

Ben Del Rio

Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

As Chugach’s Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Ben Del Rio helps teams across the enterprise connect strategy to smart financial decisions—supporting planning and budgeting work that drives real impact. “I enjoy working in Finance at Chugach because I get to work with a lot of smart people across different departments and companies. The mix of collaboration and problem-solving keeps things interesting and makes the work I do feel like it matters.” At Chugach, you’ll find teammates who challenge and support you—and work that’s bigger than any one role.

Tonia Burrough

Sr. Security Specialist
Chugach Government Solutions

As the Sr. Security Specialist for the CGS Industrial Security team, Tonia Burrough helps strengthen Chugach’s security program and regularly volunteers to train and support new staff. She also stays actively involved in the broader Chugach community through the Chugach Native Professionals (CNP) Steering Committee and the Chugach Alaska Corporation Political Action Committee. “I have been with Chugach since 2016 and truly appreciate the company’s deep commitment to caring for its people, honoring regional traditions, and protecting the land. Chugach is also passionate about giving back to the local community.”

Jonathon Sawden

HR Specialist

Some people find their way to Chugach—others are called back. Jonathon Sawden began his journey as an intern and returned again and again, now supporting teams as an HR Specialist with Chugach Commercial Holdings. Rooted in empathy and service, he’s passionate about helping people through the moments that matter most. Outside of work, Jonathon is also a cultural bearer, helping preserve the Sugpiaq tradition of bidarka (qayaq) building—hands-on work he first encountered at Nuuciq Spirit Camp and has helped pass on each summer since. For him, Chugach is a place where purpose shows up in every role: supporting people at work while honoring culture, community, and the traditions that connect us.

Rey Belisario

FLEDS Generators Supervisor
Chugach Government Solutions

When Chugach was asked to restore critical power systems at Naval Air Station Miramar, the first call was to Rey Belisario. A seasoned FLEDS Generators Supervisor and previously retired employee, Rey returned with a trusted crew to take on systems operating at just 50% capacity after years of neglect. Within a year, his team restored full functionality—earning praise from base officials and rebuilding customer trust. Known as the “comeback crew,” Rey’s team reflects the power of experience, loyalty, and doing the work the right way.

Roger Gossett

Social Development Director
Don Young Alaska Job Corps Center

Roger Gossett has dedicated more than 31 years to supporting students at the Don Young Alaska Job Corps Center. As Social Development Director, he arrives early, stays late, and goes above and beyond to serve the young people in his care. Known for his deep understanding of the Job Corps community, Roger mentors students, advises student government leaders, and helps develop leadership skills that extend beyond the center into the surrounding community. Often working behind the scenes, Roger ensures others can shine—leaving a lasting impact on every student he serves. Roger is the winner of our 2025 Pek’stangiyaq “Good Worker” award.

Deputy Director, Cybersecurity

No two days look the same for Kyle Wisniewski. From reviewing security reports to aligning business needs with cybersecurity goals, his work focuses on protecting systems while enabling the mission to move forward. Kyle specializes in translating complex security requirements into practical, risk-based solutions that work in real-world, regulated environments. His most rewarding moments come when security becomes an enabler—not a blocker—and teams succeed because of it. Fast-paced and collaborative, Kyle’s role reflects the trust, impact, and problem-solving that define cybersecurity at CGS.
