Shareholder Development

Internships & Apprenticeships

Chugach is a corporation for shareholders, run by shareholders. By fostering future generations of shareholders through internship and apprenticeship opportunities, we are nurturing the next generation of Chugach leaders. The internship program offers valuable part-time work experience with Chugach while participants are enrolled in a college degree program. The apprenticeship program provides full-time on-the-job training towards a specific career path.
